1. If debit order payment is rejected, regardless the reason you will be liable for the R100 unpaid fee. After rejected debit order you have 5days to settle the outstanding balance.
2. Please take note if you have any outstanding amount on your account, swimming lessons will be withheld until payment is made in full and you will forfeit missed lessons and could forfeit your times lot.

DEBIT ORDER AUTHORIZATION
This signed Authority and Mandate refers to our contract dated (“the Enrollment document”)
I/We hereby authorize you to issue and deliver payment instructions to your Banker for collection against my/our above-mentioned account at my/our above mentioned Bank on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will never exceed my/our obligations as agreed to in the Agreement.
The individual payment instruction so authorized to be issued, must be issued, and delivered monthly on or after the dates when the obligation in terms of the agreement is due and the amount of each individual payment instruction may not be more or less than the obligation due.
The reference for the deduction will be as follows:
Subsequent payment instructions will continue until this Authority and Mandate is terminated by me/us. Cancellation requests must be send to [email protected], after cancellation notice has been submitted, the customer will be billed with the last month’s membership fees and they can complete their last month’s lessons.
This agreement entitles Swim Excellence to revise the amount with the yearly increase. Thus, information will be communicated well in advance and in writing.
LATE PAYMENTS
Unpaid debit orders must be paid via eft, and email with an invoice will be sent. A debit order cannot be reloaded. Fees are payable strictly monthly in advance.
Late payments or payments referred to the drawer will be subject to an administration fee of R100 per unpaid transaction.
ACCOUNTS outstanding for 30 days and more will be handed over to Swim Excellence debt collectors.
CANCELLATION
I/We agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by me/us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I/We shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while the Authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.
MANDATE
I/We acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my/our abovementioned bank as if the instructions had been issued by me/us personally.
